David was extremely friendly and professional from start to finish. The initial phone call was so hard to make but he was completely understanding and took control in a very calm manner. When he arrived there was no rush, he made friends with our B who loved everyone so that wasn’t hard. He walked her around letting her munch away on the grass. David was so kind and gentle it was almost a peaceful end. I could not recommend him more highly, so compassionate & thoughtful.
