David came today to send my friend’s much loved horse on his final journey. He spent time talking to my friend, telling her what to expect and then time with the horse, rubbing his face and getting him to feel at ease. It was over so quickly and the horse was loaded in the truck after my friend, her family and their other pony said their farewells. At all times David showed compassion and sensitivity. He made the process as easy as it could ever have been. Many thanks.
